Blake Green serves as a mediator for civil and commercial cases. Blake’s diverse litigation experience on both the plaintiff and defense sides (personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice, class actions, consumer protection, business litigation, insurance disputes, employment discrimination, and professional negligence) has been an asset to him as a mediator. His experience prosecuting class actions (fraud, consumer protection, breach of contract, and privacy rights matters, among others) helps to facilitate creative solutions in mediating class cases.

Blake focuses on pragmatic solutions in mediation, encouraging the parties to focus on their long-term objectives and recognize potential pitfalls associated with continued litigation and trial. Blake is approved as a mediator for the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri’s Mediation and Assessment Program.
