Blake Green serves as a mediator for commercial and civil cases. His diverse litigation experience and compassionate approach allows him to see different perspectives, connect with the parties, and assist in resolving civil disputes.
More than fifteen years ago, Blake began his career as a law clerk to the Hon. Peggy Stevens McGraw, where he learned to evaluate factual and legal issues through an objective lens. He then worked as a litigator specializing in business disputes, insurance defense, and defense of professional negligence claims. Blake subsequently prosecuted class actions, including consumer protection, breach of contract, and privacy rights matters, among others. Since 2015, Blake has devoted his practice to representing injury victims and their families.
